Closing the Bones is a comprehensive procedure that helps women recover from childbirth. It can be carried out both immediately after childbirth, and after several months and even years.<\/p>\n

How do I do Closing the Bones Ceremony?<\/h2>\n

After a preliminary acquaintance with you and a diagnosis of your condition, I come to your home. Immediately I start to prepare a special nutritious drink for you made of fruits and spices.<\/p>\n

As we talk about your birthing experience, we tailor a personalized essential oil fragrance for you to massage your body with later after your bath.<\/p>\n

Saying everything that is on your mind, you make up your mandala \/ drawing using the herbs of your choice, which we will brew and add to the bath.<\/p>\n

After that, we begin a complex work with your body, starting from reflexology, including myofascial release of the whole body, and ending with visceral abdominal massage.<\/p>\n
