There are 5 support packages: Birth Doula, Postnatal Doula, Hypnobirthing, Breastfeeding Consultation, Closing the Bones Ceremony.

Birth doula

Free initial meet and chat
6 hours of antenatal sessions (usually 3 visits) We will meet each other several times before labour to know each other better, to discuss your experience, fears, expectations and wishes. We will talk about physiology of birth, prepare your birth plan, talk about the baby appearance and how to look after the baby. We will cover breastfeeding and postnatal period topics.
Email, phone and messaging throughout your pregnancy If you have any questions or need additional support.
24/7 on-call period Starting from 38 weeks till 42 weeks (or when the baby is born) I will come to support you during the labour.
Support during the labour Emotional, physical and informational support to you and your partner during your labour. I will protect your space, help with non-medical pain-reliefs if you wish (massage, rebozo, aromatherapy, acupressure, hypnobirthing, breathing techniques).
1 postnatal visit I will come to your house to greet your baby, to help with breastfeeding, to speak about your birth experience.
Book library You can use any of my books about pregnancy, labour, hypnobirthing, babies etc.

Flexible schedule (minimum of 15 hours)
Breastfeeding consultation to help you and your family on your feeding journey.
Emotional and physical support to support your recovery and process your experience.

6 sessions to practise the art of hypnosis to prepare you for birthing experience, to let go of fears and develop confidence.
6 audio recordings / text recordings for independent practice.
Birth support to stay calm, relaxed and in control.

Phone consultation or home visit – supporting you at any stage of your breastfeeding journey, before your baby arrives or once they’ve been born.
Practical advice on positioning & attachment.
Ongoing support for the following two weeks.

Body work Reflexology, myofascial release, abdominal massage, whole body massage with oils
Preparing a special nutritious drink After diagnosing your condition I will prepare a warm homemade compote using individual components (fruits and spices)
Preparing an essential oil fragrance Taking into account your temperament, condition and life situation I will prepare a therapeutic aroma using essential oils
Herbal bath Relaxing bath using special selection of herbs
“Closing the bones” Using special scarves (rebozos) I will pull your body along the main centers of emotional tension and allow you to relax and rest.
